About the Role
As Workshop Supervisor you will oversee the operations of our Upcycling Workshop which repairs and upcycles donated items of furniture while offering volunteering opportunities to people in our local community. With support from the Operations Manager and Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll empower volunteers to learn new skills, grow in confidence and be part of a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Experience upcycling and repairing furniture
- Experience in the Voluntary and Community Sector (whether working in the sector or volunteering)
- Creativity and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office products
- Commitment towards our organisational mission and values
